Was I worth every drop of Your Blood Yeshua (Jesus) ??
When I was young, selfish, self-centered and proud.
Without empathy and sympathy-
just an empty shell.
Was I worth of Your unconditional love Yeshua (Jesus) ??
When I started smoking and drinking beer and alcohol.
With many girlfriends at the same time.
Just to satisfy my needs only.
Was I worth every tear You shed Yeshua (Jesus) ??
When I treated my wife very badly.
When I made her feel herself worthless-
to feel myself better.
Was I worth every tear You shed Yeshua (Jesus) ??
When I was never home.
And my boys were babies or little ones.
When money and entertainment were my most important things.
Was I worth all the pain and woe Yeshua (Jesus) ??
When I was a cheater and drink addict.
Trying to make a suicide-
not succeeding.
Was I worth all the hatred and scorn Yeshua (Jesus) ??
When I was a lousy father to my sons.
Never around at home-
anxious and restless and not there.
Was I worth every ache of Your heart Yeshua (Jesus) ??
When I was jobless, divorced and homeless.
Just another hobo living in the airport-
picking up coins, empty bottles and cigarette ends.
Was I worth every drop of Your blood Yeshua (Jesus) ??
When I was in bottom.
With no future-
with no hope.
Why me ??
I do not know.
Only Yahweh our God knows.
Thank You Yeshua (Jesus) !!!!
It is not about me.
It is all about You Yeshua (Jesus) !!!!
